The Joint Entrance Examination Council of Engineering (JEECE), which is a state level entrance test conducted broadly in Jharkhand yearly, is used for granting admission into different undergraduate engineering and technology programs offered by institutes and universities in Jharkhand. The exam is held by the Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board, Jharkhand (JCECEB). JEECE is a widely-applied admission test for engineering courses in Eastern India with lakhs of students applying for this paper annually.
The science exam JEECE consists of the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, that are based on the multiple-choice questions. In the exam itself, there won’t be a negative marking. Following the release of the JEECE results and naming of the merit rank, students are consequently offered admission into B.Tech/B.E. programs that cover various fields such as computer science, mechanical, electrical, electronics & communication, and civil amongst others among the participating institutes.
JEECE Admit Card 2024: What items are prohibited inside JEECE 2024 Exam Centre?
Electronic Devices: Candidates are not allowed to bring any electronic devices such as mobile phones, calculators, smartwatches, etc. to the exam center.
Books and Notes: Candidates are not allowed to bring any books or notes to the exam center.
Other Materials: Candidates are not allowed to bring any other materials such as food items, bags, etc. to the exam center.
