Tie-Breaker Criteria in BITSAT 2024

1. Mathematics/Biology (For B. Pharma) subject scores in BITSAT: If the scores of two or more candidates are equal in the BITSAT exam, then the candidate with the higher score in Mathematics/Biology (for B. Pharma) subject will be placed higher in the merit list.
2. Physics score in BITSAT: If the scores of two or more candidates are still equal after considering the Mathematics/Biology (for B. Pharma) subject scores, then the candidate with the higher score in Physics will be placed higher in the merit list.
3. Chemistry score in BITSAT: If the scores of two or more candidates are still equal after considering the Mathematics/Biology (for B. Pharma), Physics, and Chemistry subject scores, then the candidate with the higher score in Chemistry will be placed higher in the merit list.
4. Total marks in 12th examination (PCM/PCB): If the scores of two or more candidates are still equal after considering the BITSAT subject scores, then the candidate with the higher aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (or Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for B. Pharma) in the 12th examination will be placed higher in the merit list.
5. Years of education spent in a foreign country: If the scores of two or more candidates are still equal after considering the above criteria, then the candidate who has spent fewer years of education in a foreign country will be placed higher in the merit list.
