BITSAT Counselling 2024: Seat Allotment, Dates, Admission, Cut Off Check at @bitsadmission.com

The BITSAT counselling 2024 will begin after the declaration of BITSAT 2024 results in the second week of July 2024. It is conducted by the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani for admission to its Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad campuses. The counselling will happen in online mode where candidates have to register and fill choices according to their preference of campus, degree program and specialization. Seat allotment takes place based on merit, choices filled and availability of seats.

There will be multiple rounds of BITSAT counselling - about 3-4 rounds. In each round, candidates will be allotted seats as per eligibility and preference order. If allotted, they have to pay the admission fees to confirm the seat else they forego the seat. Candidates who could not get a seat in earlier rounds will be able to participate in subsequent rounds. Upgradation option is also available in latter rounds. The counselling rounds will go on till all seats in different campuses and programs at BITS Pilani are completely filled up, which is expected to complete by end of August 2024.

How to Register for BITSAT Counselling 2024?

- Admit Card of BITSAT 2024 - You need to carry a printed copy of your BITSAT admit card to the counseling.

- Class 12 Marksheet - You need to submit the marksheet of your class 12 qualifying examination like CBSE, ICSE etc. If the final marksheet is not available, you can provide a provisional certificate.

- Class 10 Marksheet - Your class 10 marksheet or certificate is also required as a proof of date of birth and subjects studied.

- ID Proof - You need to carry a valid photo identity proof like Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving license, passport etc.

- Caste Certificate - If you want to apply under any reserved category like SC/ST/OBC-NCL, you must carry the valid category certificate issued by competent authority.

- Tuition Fee Payment Receipt - If you have already paid the advance tuition fee to book your seat, carry the payment receipt.

- Color Passport-size Photos - Carry 4-5 latest passport size color photographs for verification and document submission purposes.

- Offer Letters from other Universities - If you have any other university admit letters or scholarships, carry them for reference.
