MCA General Course Eligibility 2024

1. Graduate Degree - The passport ability requirements demand the candidate to be a graduate with a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a reputed university.

2. Mathematics at grade 10+2 level - Candidates must have taken Mathematics for their 10+2 level or at least at the graduate level. Some institutes, for instance, statistics or business mathematics, have this requirement for the course-studying.

3. No age limit - There is no the age which means infinity for this. The age barrier is removed and candidates can apply without any restriction.

4. Entrance exams - You should know that colleges and universities conduct entrance exam or they take national/state level exams like NIMCET, JECA, IP University exam as it is. In addition, few colleges accept applicants based on graduation marks.

5. Lateral entry option - In addition to the last year students of BCA, B.Sc (Computer Science/IT), the students who have passed these courses can opt for the lateral entry and start directly studying in the second year of MCA. The specifications can be different but one can also find the same at all the colleges.
