It was founded in 1946 and is one of the oldest and most prestigious engineering colleges in India. Government College of Engineering Admission Process 2024

1. Apply online: Applicants can apply online on the GCE website.
2. Fill out the application form: The application form requires applicants to provide their personal details, academic qualifications, and extracurricular activities.
3. Upload required documents: Applicants need to upload scanned copies of their required documents, such as their 10th and 12th mark sheets, passport size photographs, and caste certificate (if applicable).
4. Pay the application fee: Applicants need to pay the application fee online using a credit or debit card.
5. Appear for the entrance exam: GCE conducts its own entrance exam for admission to undergraduate programs. The entrance exam is held in June 2024.
6. Secure a seat: Applicants who qualify for the entrance exam will be invited for counseling. During counseling, applicants will be allotted a seat based on their performance in the entrance exam and their preferences.
