Srinivas University Mangalore can apply either online or offline. In case of applying online, the candidates have to access the university website at www.srinivasuniversity.edu.in and navigate to the ‘Admissions’ link. Choose the program that is of interest to you and click the ‘Apply Now’ link. You will be transferred to the application log in page. SU Mangalore B.Tech Admission 2024

- It is a private university in Mangalore established in the year 2011 and recognized by the University Grants Commission of India. It is accredited to offer B.Tech programs in numerous disciplines.

- For the academic year 2024, the application process may be expected to kick off in March – April 2023. The admissions are generally on the basis of aggregate and percentile of marks obtained in national or state level entrance examination such as KCET or marks in PUC/12th standard.

SU Mangalore B.Tech Selection Criteria

- The students are admitted based on their performance in the qualifying examination 10+2 or equal to it along with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

- The admission criteria for the Karnataka state candidates are KCET scores and this is followed by counseling.

- For candidates outside Karnataka state, the admissions are conducted according to the score in the COMEDK UGET exam.

- The candidate must also have obtained an average of 45% in their 10+ 2 examination with 40% for SC/ST candidates only.

- In addition to the entrance test, marks are also awarded to the candidates according to their performance in an interview conducted by the university concerned, and the academic record of the qualifying examination.

- In terms of seats reserved for different categories such as SC/ST/OBC, it follows the policy of the State Government only.

SU Mangalore BBA Admission 2024

- Srinivas University is a private university which was established in the year 2014 located in Mangalore, Karnataka. It enrolls students under its Faculty of Management Studies for a 3-year BBA degree program.

- Eligibility for BBA: Candidates should have their 10+2 or equivalent in any stream from any recognized board and should have minimum 50% aggregate marks.

- In the context of admission in the 2024 BBA batch, the admission process means that the applications should be expected in the last months of 2023. The specific dates to be published on the University Website and the admission Portal. 

- Admission for this course is strictly merit based and the students are selected after they write the university level entrance exam conducted by Srinivas University and the final selection is done after the personal interview rounds.

- Admission will be competitive and will include scores in the Srinivas University Entrance Test (SUET) organized by the university.

- The SUET is a 90 minutes multiple choice question paper testing knowledge in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, general English and general awareness.

- Further, students will also have to undergo an interview process in order to be finally selected for the course. Specific attributes considered while interviewing – communication, ability, clarity of ideas , intelligence and character.

- For the Other Backward Class (OBC) students, the minimum percentile required to clear the tests is 40% in 10+2 exams For the students in SC/ST category, it is 35%. 

- In addition to the performance of the SUET test and the interview assessment, 10+2 results are also used while preparing the final merit list for admission.
