In 2010, the Indian Institute of Management Raipur (IIM Raipur), which is a Government of India initiative, was started by the Indian government. In the coming 12 years, IIM Raipur will fully complete 14 years and draw out its potential as one of the best business schools in India. 

IIM Raipur has post graduate diploma programs in Management which are further augmented with Executive Education programs, fellowship program in Management and many Management Development programs. In 2024, the institution plans to ensure additional admission opportunities across all programs in order to respond to the increased demands. Along with the traditional Chemistry and Environmental Science teaching, the institute may even explore new possibilities and introduce courses in the field of Data Science and Analytics etc.

The permanent campus which has completely covered the 200 acres area will have been fully functional with excellent academic blocks, homes, sports facilities and sustainability projects by the year 2024.

IIM Raipur Courses Details 2024

Indian Institute of Management Raipur (IIM Raipur) is the place that offers different postgraduate management programs as its aim is to educate the managerial leaders of the future. Founded in 2010, the IIM-R has its full-time Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) for 2years, the 1year full-time Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPEX), a Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) available for doctoral-level studies, and a few short-term executive education programmes.

The PGP course offers an excellent blend of business disciplines such as finance, marketing, operations, economics, organizational behavior, business communication and business ethics over the duration of 1 year. The PGPEX program is specifically designed for working exectuives with atleast 5 years of experience. A number of career paths are available to FPM graduates - the areas of management research and teaching are just two of them.

The IIM Raipur put up a brilliant show in the placement season of 2024 with average salary increasing from the previous year. 25 lakhs per annum. More than 90% recruiters from different companies such as consulting,finance, marketing, and management roles were awaiting placements. The most prestigious companies that usually target a top talent were McKinsey & Company, BCG, Bain & Co., Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Microsoft, Samsung, Mahindra Group, Aditya Birla Group, ITC, HUL, P&G among others. On the other hand, the maximum package of the company recorded a mindblowing leap to INR. 55 lakhs per annum.
