Tamil Nadu Aptitude Test in Architecture

TANATA (Testing for Analytical and Numerical Aptitude Test for Admission) is a widespread test taken by students in India for undergraduate admission especially for the purpose of admissions into engineering and medical colleges. The subject consists of the verification of students in such areas as the quanti aptitude, logical reasoning, and science aptitude. The test is reputed for its hard level and is considered one of the most difficult entrance exams across our country.

The TANATA board for the year 2024 has released the dates of the examinations. The exam will be organized in a two-fold way between April 4th and May 26th, 2024. The announcement for the April session is expected post the last week of May while the outcome of the May tests are estimated in mid-June 2024.

How to Apply for TANATA Exam 2024?

1. You are required to visit the official website of TANATA exam (www.tanata.gov.in) and on the homepage, there is an option ‘Apply Online’.

2. The first step is that you need to register yourself on the site by filling some of the basic particulars such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, etc.

3. An application number and password will be created upon applying. Someone should make a note of all of this for future reference.  

4. Login with the user credentials and then submit the online application form and provide appropriate information about the courses, academic background, address and other details.

5. Documents: Upload scanned copies of photographs, signature, certificates, mark sheets and other documents as per the size mentioned above.

6. To process the application, make the payment of the application fee through credit/debit card/ net banking/ UPI. 

7. The form should be reviewed before it is submitted and ensuring that the relevant sections are completed appropriately. 

8. It is also important to save the completed application form and fee receipt for future use by downloading or taking a printout.

9. Choose your exam date, time slot and the exam center from the options available once you download the admit card from the website.
