SLIET SET or Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology State Entrance Test is conducted by SLIET, stands for Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, annually for the admission into various B Tech/MTech and M Tech/MTech programs offered by the SLIET located in Longwal, Punjab. SLIET SET has been designed for a pen-paper based exam format and the test seeks to assess the knowledge of subjects such as mathematics, chemistry, physics and English aptitude. A test duration of SET SLIET usually takes 2 hours and it boats of 120 multiple choice questions.
SET scores play a crucial role in the admission procedure of SLIET and its affiliated colleges. SET scores are taken into consideration for the admission process which covers a total of 6 specializations in B.Tech program as well as lateral entry into B.Tech. The scores of SLIET SET 2024 exam will be declared in the second week of June 2024 on the official website. The SLIET SET 2024 registrations are anticipated to commence from the third week of February 2024 expected to be corresponding to the final week of May 2024 when the exam is likely to be scheduled. SEIT'2024 will have exam centers across the major cities in the north of Punjab and out of the state for the students to appear in.
