The RPVT, is the competitive entrance examination which is conducted by the academic head of Universal Veterinary and Animal Sciences (RAJUVAS), for granting admission to the different undergraduate and postgraduate veterinary courses run by the constituent veterinary colleges that are situated in Rajasthan. The screening test shall be the qualifying norm for applicants vying for the 5-year BVSc & AH, the 4-year BVet, BTech, and the BSc Hons courses that are offered in the fields of veterinary science, animal husbandry technology and dairy technology.

The RPVT exam is generally conducted in the month of June annually unlike other entrance exams which are conducted in May every year and measure the level of comprehension of test takers on subjects like physics, chemistry, zoology and botany at 10+2 level along with general knowledge and aptitude. The 180-minute written test on the pen and paper based test consists 180 objective type multiple choice questions. The result of the admission test to law college will be communicated in the month of July, based upon cumulative marks obtained from the admission test with admissibility secure under reservation policies. The official RAJUVAS notification yet for 2024 RPVT but near to previous year patterns is expected in mid of June, 2024. Likewise, the RPVT results can be declared in the last week of July 2024 or first week of August 2024.

Documents Required For RPVT Exam Registration 2024

1. Class 10 and 12 Marksheets: Please submit scanned copies of the original mark sheets for the 10th and 12th standards. These establish your eligibility.

2. Identity Proof: Please add a digitally scanned copy of any valid photo ID such as the Aadhaar card, driver’s license, or the passport etc. Ensure the name and date of birth are readable.

3. Passport Size Photo: With it, a recent passport size color photo should be shown. It shall be based on the instructions issued by the examination administration body. 

4. Category Certificate (if applicable): Being EWS/OBC/SC/ST certificate holder holder, upload the certificates sign by appropriate authority if you are interested in applying for the quota.

5. Domicile Certificate: A Rajasthan domicile compulsory for the student belonging to the state quota has to be proved by a duly signed photocopy of the domicile.
