The PU CET (Pre University Common Entrance Test) is a state-level entrance exam conducted by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) for admission into various undergraduate professional courses in Karnataka. The test is taken by students who have passed their Class 12 board exams or qualifying exams and seek admission into engineering, technology, agriculture, veterinary, pharmacy, naturopathy & yogic science courses offered by various colleges affiliated to these streams across Karnataka.
The PU CET comprises subjects such as physics, chemistry, mathematics and biology. It is a competitive exam consisting of objective type multiple choice questions. The results of CET 2023 are expected to be declared in May or June 2023. Students who clear the cutoff will be eligible to participate in the counselling process for seat allotment in their desired colleges and courses. As per trends, the exam dates for PU CET 2024 are likely to be announced by KEA in February 2024 while the exam will probably be conducted during the months of April-May 2024 for the academic session 2024-25.

1. Go to the official website of Panjab University at puchd.ac.in.
2. On the homepage, find and click on the link for PU CET admit card. This link is usually made available under the admissions section.
3. A new page will open where you have to enter your application number and date of birth/password. Make sure to enter the details correctly as on your application form.
4. After entering the details, click on Login or Submit. Your PU CET 2024 admit card will be displayed on the screen.
5. Check all the details on the admit card carefully and download a softcopy or take a printout. Ensure the print quality is clear for easy verification at the exam center.
6. Once downloaded from the website, safekeep your admit card till the admission process is over. Carry it to the exam center on the day of the test along with an ID proof.
