Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test

Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test (IMU CET), nationwide entrance exam run by Indian Maritime University (IMU) annually, offers the general admission into B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. and postgraduate maritime programs of IMU campuses and their affiliations. The main goal of CET is to choose the most eligible candidates for marine engineering, nautical science, naval architecture and allied studies via the marking of performance and engineering ability.

IMU CET tries to test students in their knowledge areas of physics, chemistry, mathematics, English, aptitude and general knowledge. Exam is held in June, annually, using either internet or conventional method. As an immediate effect following the release of the results in July, the selected candidates are to appear before the counselling sessions, for seat allotment and other admission formalities to be sorted out before the academic session starts in August.

How to Make Corrections in IMU CET Application Form 2024?

1. Log into your IMU CET account to your using your valid email ID and password.

2. On the dashboard go through the link whose name is "make a correction" and click it. This could be a link after you have completed the application, which would usually be made available through the site or via email.

3. Here you will find a copy of your application and fields completed. In each chapter make sure you read it through carefully.

4. If you want to modify it, then click on the “Edit” button in the “Personal details,” “Academic details” and so on.

5. Enter the necessary alterations and click on «Saved» button. 

6. You can do this in many ways and keep on editing several sections at a time. Check that all the modifications are accurate and that there are no errors before carrying on the process further.

7. After all the adjustments are done, confirm the declaration box then click the “Submit” Button.

8. A notice of the successful submission of corrections will immediately follow once corrections have been submitted.
