The Nationwide Common Entrance Test of Indian Maritime University (IMU CET) is the annual central entrance examination, which is conducted by the Indian Maritime University (IMU). Its aim is to select the students for admission into different undergraduate and postgraduate maritime courses at the IMU and its affiliated institutes. The integrating role of CET for IMU students is in testing the ability of candidates in subjects like English, general aptitude, and mathematics/physics/chemistry/biology for the respective programs.
