Shree Siddhivinayak Mahila Mahavidyalaya Pune is an undergraduate women’s college established in 1990 located in Pune that is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. It is an approved and recognised institute right from the Government of Maharashtra and was set up in the year 1990. Accreditation, NAAC has accredited the college with B ++ grade with a CGPA of 2.89 and ranked 93rd in college category in NIRF 2023 ranking.

The college provides undergraduate level programs and it includes B.A, B.Com and B.Sc courses. The B.A. program covers subjects such as Economics, English Literature, Hindi, History, Psychology etc, B.Com covers specialised fields in Accounting & Finance or Banking & Insurance etc. Some of the B.Sc subjects offered include Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Microbiology,Computer Science and Biotechnology among others. End of term examinations are written tests which are conducted every year around the period of March-April. The admission process for the next academic year 2024 is expected to start in May next year. They accept applications and they also determine merit lists for the candidate depending on his or her past performance in school. 

The placement cell of the college is very much operational and there are proper provisions made for the students to get placements in different organizations and internships. The first contenders for such opportunities are TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, and other large-scale companies that have offered jobs to meritorious students. Highest salary package was 7 lakhs per annum while lowest was 2.5 to 4 lakhs per annum was the average salary package. Last year campus recruitment was successful in placed around 60-70% of the eligible students through campus drives. The college also offers skill development courses for enhancement of the employment probabilities of the students.
