NRI Institute of Technology (NRIIT) is a private engineering college located in Agiripalli, Krishna district, Andhra Pradesh, India. It was founded in 2004 by the NRI Educational Society. NRIIT is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTUK) and is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA).

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have passed the Intermediate (10+2) examination from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
• Candidates must have qualified in the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Entrance Test (AP EAMCET) or the Joint Entrance Examination - Main (JEE Main).

Admission Process

1. Candidates will have to register for the AP EAMCET or JEE Main.
2. After the results of the entrance exam are declared, candidates will have to participate in the counseling process conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE).
3. During the counseling process, candidates will have to choose their preferred colleges and courses.
4. Candidates will be allotted seats in colleges based on their merit and the availability of seats.
5. Once the seat is allotted, candidates will have to pay the admission fees and confirm their admission.

Personal Interview

NRIIT also conducts a personal interview for all shortlisted candidates. The personal interview is conducted to assess the candidate's communication skills, personality, and motivation to study engineering.

• NRI Merit Scholarship: This scholarship is awarded to students who have scored more than 90% in the Intermediate (10+2) examination. The scholarship covers the full tuition fee for the entire course.
• NRI Sports Scholarship: This scholarship is awarded to students who have excelled in sports at the national or international level. The scholarship covers the full tuition fee for the entire course.
• NRI Cultural Scholarship: This scholarship is awarded to students who have excelled in cultural activities at the national or international level. The scholarship covers the full tuition fee for the entire course.

Scholarships for Financially Needy Students

• NRI Fee Waiver Scholarship: This scholarship is awarded to students who are from economically weaker sections of society. The scholarship covers the full tuition fee for the entire course.
• NRI Tuition Fee Waiver Scholarship: This scholarship is awarded to students who are from middle-class families. The scholarship covers half of the tuition fee for the entire course.

• NRI Alumni Scholarship: This scholarship is awarded to students who are children of NRIIT alumni. The scholarship covers half of the tuition fee for the entire course.
