AP State Common Entrance Test (APICET) conducted once a year by Sri Venkateswara University on behalf of APSCHE (Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education) at state level. It is not only merit based but also used for PG Admissions in many Private government and universities and colleges around Andhra Pradesh. 

APICET is aimed at measuring the aptitude of students through an objective type of question paper of 200 mark which is broken into four sections, namely, analytical ability, logical reasoning, computer awareness and general knowledge. High marks in APICET are a starting point to immense opportunities of getting into the best of colleges. It is 2.5 hours for the exam set. In 2023, APICET exam took place on May 26-28 with each session being held in the morning or evening session at 18 different regional centres in the state of Andhra Pradesh. This year over 25,000 people took the test/exam.

The marksheets will be available and the results of the APICET 2024 will be released on the official website - cets.apsche.ap.gov.in in the first week of June, 2024. It will show things such as the ranks, the scores of the percentile, sectional and average scores obtained by the students. The projected Dates of APICET 2024 for May 29th – May 31st, 2024 while the admission process could be began from March 2024.
