Vikram University, Ujjain is one of the State public university offering Under Graduate and Post Graduate programs in faculties of arts, science, commerce, law education, Management etc Various department have different eligibility like for B.A. in subjects like Economics history, sociology, English etc. should passed 12th exams, for BSc in Physics, Chemistry, Maths required 12th passing with Science stream.-commerce stream passing is required for B.Com HSC/CBSE/ICSE are the qualifying examinations accepted by the university. They can register themselves either on the online mode or on the offline mode before the periods mentioned above. The entrance exams for the admissions differ- For admissions into MBA, LLM, MCA and such courses; university level exams are held while for other UG and PG courses admissions are done based on merit scores in their qualifying examinations. VU Ujjain Application Process 2024

The private university of Vikram University is situated in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh and it provides academic learning in the form of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various streams. The admission for students to Vikram University can be done online and offline and all the information in this regard can also be obtained from the university’s official website at vikramuniv.ac.in.

The admission application form for different UG/PG courses is released online every year mostly in May/ June. Applicants intending to apply online must first of all create an account on the portal and then log in to complete and submit the online form. They should scan the documents needed for the application and also the fee for the application must be paid online by net banking, debit card/ credit card. 

As for the admission offline process the candidates will have to download the admission form available on the website or collect it from the University Administrative Block. Candidates have to complete and submit their application forms along with attested copy of the documents and the application fees before the last date fixed for this purpose at the office. VU Ujjain MA Selection Criteria

1. Merit Basis – Further Jabki B.A., B.Sc., B.Com. as in the case of undergraduate courses where admissions are given based on the merit list. But here merit list is prepared depending upon the percentage scored in Class 12th.

2. This is a computer based test for admission to MBA, MCA, and M.Sc. programs. as like admission to postgraduate courses are based on the marks secured in the entrance examination. Vikram University its own entrance exam conduct karte hai. 

3. Interview/Counselling – Some specific courses namely Kuch specific courses jaise B.Ed. To my knowledge, this place also provides interview facilities along with mein merit ke saath. Counselling bhi hogi apne liye admission ke lie.

- For the candidates to be considered for the post they need to have a master’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.

- CET is a common entrance test conducted for admission to the PhD programs, if I’m not wrong. After these tests, candidates who have performed well in the CET are selected to be interviewed.

- In a face to face interview, a candidate is evaluated with respect to his or her research ability, knowledge of the subject matter, research proposal and so on. 

- Some of these positions have quotas for some categories of candidates depending on the government’s standard. Some students belonging to the reserved category are given some leeway in terms of passing percentage for the master’s level.

- It is also important to note that, candidates are required to write a research proposal at the time of interview. Another criterion that is considered during the selection of the research topics is the relevance and feasibility of the proposed research topic.

- A few of the PhD scholars have to do some degree courses in the first few semesters before beginning the full-fledged doctoral study. It’s developed in collaboration with the designated research supervisor to ensure the research plan is comprehensive.

VU Ujjain Ph.D How To Apply?

1. Find out when the admissions for Ph.D. programme starts by looking at the university’s website or by contacting the university. They usually commence in June / July of any year.

2. Obtain the application form and check the various requirements for the course from the prospectus which can be downloaded from the university’s website or get it from the university. Make sure to read through the eligibility criteria, rules as well as important dates that you should adhere to.
