Tripura Joint Entrance Examination (Tripura JEE) is an entrance examination conducted by the Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination, which refers to the students belonging to Tripura who aspire to pursue a degree in engineering, technologies, veterinary, agriculture, or fisheries. The objective of this examination is to provide a degree of uniformity to the admissions process for these fields. The exam is generally held on the months of April and May annually.
Tripura JEE result comes in the end of May or first week of June in the portal - tbjee.nic.in. Students are expected to enter their personal information - application number and password for example - to view their results. 2024 Tripura JEE date of exams and application issuing regarding process are not announced yet by the exam authorities. Tripura is planning to announce the notification of Tripura JEE 2024 in December 2023. The 2024 JEE Tripura take places in a month between April and May 2024 and the announcement of the results in May/June 2024.
Candidates who have qualified for the Tripura JEE 2024 exam will need to register for the counselling process. The registration process will be conducted online and candidates will need to provide their personal details, academic qualifications, and Tripura JEE 2024 rank.
Choice filling
Once registered, candidates will need to fill up their choice of colleges and courses. Candidates can fill up multiple choices and can also prioritize their choices.
Seat allotment
The TBJEE will allot seats to candidates based on their rank in the Tripura JEE 2024 merit list and their preferences. The seat allotment process will be conducted multiple rounds.
Document verification and admission formalities
Candidates who are allotted a seat in a college will need to report to the college for document verification and admission formalities. If a candidate does not report to the allotted college within the specified time period, their seat will be cancelled.

Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
Domicile
Candidate must be a domiciled resident of Tripura or their parents must be domiciled residents of Tripura.
Educational Qualification
Candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary (10+2) examination or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
Minimum Percentage of Marks
Candidate must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate in the Higher Secondary (10+2) examination or its equivalent for the general category and 45% marks for the reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC).
Age Limit
There is no upper age limit for admission to engineering colleges in Tripura through the Tripura JEE Counselling 2024.
The Tripura JEE counseling process involves candidate registration, document verification, choice filling, seat allotment, fee payment, and reporting to the allotted college.
To register, visit the official Tripura JEE website, complete the registration form, pay the counseling fee (if applicable), and follow the instructions provided.
