The Online Entrance Test (SOFT) CET is the computer based online test that is organized by the Symbiosis International University for admission to numerous test centers situated throughout India. The test aims to evaluate student's ability in quantitative domain, logical reasoning and verbal adeptness. People have now started to consider SOFT CET as least difficult gateway to 'Symbiosis' University which is a leading institute in India. 

The exam being held multiple times per year. For 2024 academic year, the proposed exam dates are the 3rd week of Apr 2024 for the Spring session and second week of Jun 2024 for the Summers session . The length of test will be of 1 hour 30 minutes having 50-100 MCQ questions that are distributed among 3 parts. The pattern will be according to the latest method. Soft CET results which are mostly released within 10 working days after the date of examination can be viewed online on the official website of the SOFT CET. By clearing the cut off marks set by the respective SOFT exam center, students are eligible for the next stage of selection which is the Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) before the actual admissions. The score validity of the SOFLO test is 1 year from the date of result announcement.

How to Apply for SOFT CET Exam 2024?

1. Take a look at our eligibility guidelines.

2. Obtain application form 

- After the notification comes, you can either download the form online or in offline mode and then submit it.

3. Fill application form

- Complete the application form and cross check that all the details required are properly filled in to avoid any mistakes.

4. Pay application fees

- Make payments either through online portal or offline venue as applicable.

5. Upload documents 

- Submit the copies of the essential documents as per the given instructions online. This details can be evidenced by way of the use of pics, signatures, and proof of age, among other things

Documents Required for Apply SOFT CET Exam 2024

1. Admit card: A document, namely Exam admit card, which is issued by the authority controlling the examination, and it includes candidate’s name, Registration number, date of exam, time of exam, and details of the center. It is used to prove an individual’s identity when he/she wants to enter the exam hall.

2. ID proof: Photo identity proof in Original with photocopy such as Aadhar card, Driving license, Passport etc., to come to the exam center and if required by the invigilators during the examination. 

3. Passport size photos: 4-6 colour photos of passport size for pasting on the exam form and admit card. The exam authority is entitled to setting certain specifications regarding the pictures that should be included in the photos.

4. Proof of application fee payment: Physical receipt or document of cash payment or document showing online payment as exam fees payment else the application is null and void.

5. 10th and 12th mark sheets/passing certificates: Candidates had to submit the photocopy of class X & XII examination marks sheets and passing certificates as the proofs of their academic criteria.
