The Rajasthan LEEP (Lateral Entry Entrance Procedure) is a state-level entrance examination run by the Rajasthan Technical University for gaining entry into the 2nd-year B.Tech/B.E. under various engineering and technology programs. It enables the lateral entrances to give way to diploma holders to continue higher level capsule training and land a bachelor's degree. The LEEP test conducted in the Rajasthan is to determine the knowledge of contenders in matters such as maths, general awareness, communication skills, and foundation in engineering.
There is a single exam in a year. This usually takes place in June/July. By the exam in 2024 it is the 3rd week of June 2024 that the tentative exam date is fixed. The declaration of the Results of the Rajasthan LEEP exam is made not more than three weeks after the LEEP exam. Candidate must undergo counseling to be selected among the top ones and also subjected to document verification simultaneously through various participating institutes.
