Mocet for the Maharashtra State is the abbreviated form of MH CET LAW. It offers LLB 3 years and 5 years programmes at various law colleges in the state of Maharashtra. The test is organized by the GMCT (Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell). CET LAW assumes candidates to possess a graduate degree, leaving aside the field of studies (35% marks). There has also been certain discrimination criteria especially in terms of residence.
MH CET LAW test contains the objective type multiple choice questions in the form of a test paper in which logic and general knowledge, legal aptitude and English language proficiency are evaluated.
