IIIT-H provides an opportunity to be a part of the 4-year Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) Program through the annual International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad Undergraduate Engineering Entrance Examination (IIITH-UGEE) held yearly to determine admissions. The facility of IIITH UGEE is conducted every year by IIITH on basis of PC. It checks candidate's readiness from mathematics, logical analysis to computer science matters. The LSAT is very competitive with the number of 60,000 applicants for just 180 seats.
The IIITH UGEE 2024 exam date remains unannounced and it is predicted that May 2024 would be the month the examination takes place. UGEE Exam Pattern is a type of assessment that includes Multiple choice questions and provides the opportunity to attempt all the questions without penalizing the candidates if they get some of the answers wrong. Word about the result will be out within 3-4 weeks after the entrance test. It is a must for the selected applicants to attend the counseling sessions held at IIITH campus to finally get the admission in BTech degree program. For chartered accountancy in 2023, AIR rank of 60 was the lowest rank at which students were selected for the CS branch while AIR of about 250 was the lowest rank at which students were considered in other branch streams. With strict preparation during 6-12 months using mocks and previous year papers, students can make an attempt to score high ranks among the top 500 in UGEE in the year 2024.
