The commission for case manager certification (CCMC) has developed the certified case manager (CCM) examination program to evaluate the competency level of case managers across different healthcare settings. The earning of the CCM credential helps to show a case manager’s expertise in areas such as the case management concepts, the principles of practice, the psychosocial aspects, insurance management, rehabilitation, health reimbursement, and vocational fundaments. The comprehensive exam involves a board specialist evaluating a candidate's aptitude in coordinating care, conducting a patient's plan of treatment. It sets out to create a unified national panel for case managers. 

The CCM IC 2024 exam is available any time of the year, and the numerous testing centers make it possible for everyone to take the exam. After the computer-based test is successfully completed and the score hit the passing point, the candidates earn the name CCM. A test result and a corresponding test score are provided to a test-taker at the time of test completion.  Practically the time had arrived; we had four testing windows in 2024; they were the January-February, the April-May, the July-August and the October-November window. Registration for individual exam window is done about a month and a half before each exam window. The CCMC recommends the CCM hopefuls to schedule the exam at least 6 months in advance for the desired testing window which starts the next year. This will guarantee a seat availability at the nearest test center.

Documents Required For CCMN Counselling 2024

- The image of any government-issued ID (Aadhar card, driving license, etc) or passport etc.

- The copy of entrance examination admit cards such as JEE Mains conduction.

- Career Score Card displaying your scores along with your AIR.

- Certificates of marks sheets of class X and XII and pass certificate. 

- Score in final exam written report (After passing diploma).

- Certificate of caste (if on any of the reserved categories).

- Disability certificate (if applying under PvD criteria).

- Other than that it is a state domicile certificate which is needed.
