Automobile vocational bachelor (BVoc-Auto) is a three-year full-time practical level diploma course that aims at providing 100 percent practical approaches to the students in the areas of automotive industry. The course curriculum is constructed as per the industry’s demands and aims to compromise between the theoretical technical academic knowledge and functional practical hands-on skills.
The course will take students through areas like the engineering of cars and vehicles, mechanical and electrical systems of vehicles, repairing and maintenance of vehicles as well as the systems of vehicles, engineering materials, computer-aided design, industrial management and more. Students, in turn, acquire deep knowledge through laboratory exercises, workshops, internships, and visits in the industry on current automotive technologies and equipment.

1. Minimum qualification, as a requirement, would be 10+2 pass with any of the Subjects from the Science, Commerce or Art stream from a recognized board.
2. Students required to score minimum 50%, (exempted to 45% for students below poverty line) in their 10+2.
3. Apart from the students undergoing 12th class exam, they are also eligible to apply.
4. People with a diploma or ITI certificate in different trades will have an stipulated course in mechanics, automobile engineering, electric etc. And people who already have a second year admission can made an immediate entry.
5. Students who had passed their 10+2 vocational courses/subjects covering automobile trade can directly apply for an advanced stage.
JEE Main (Joint Entrance Examination Main): National level examination for admission into engineering degree BVoc (Automobile) stream. Establishes working knowledge of math, physics and chemistry.
BITSAT (Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test): BITSAT, the computer based entrance exam for admission to various BITS campuses. Investigates math, physics, chemistry, and logical-thinking abilities.
CET (Common Entrance Test): State-level exam towards engineering admissions. Test mathematical, physical, and chemical aspects such as knowledge. Approved by many state universities and colleges to have an admission for BVoc Automobiles programs.
