B.Tech Agricultural Engineering Admission Process

1. Passing 12th grade in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics would be the criteria for qualification. 50% and above passing marks in PCM ought not to be a criterion.

2. Admission is through national/state-level Engineering entrance exams like IIT-JEE Mains, AP/TN/Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exams (SRMEEE/UPSEE, etc. as well as some stand-alone institutes offering direct admission based on 12th marks.

3. Application form should have filled up with personal data and relevant academic achievements as well as exam scores. In addition to that, we would submit relevant files including photos, digital signatures and marksheets of tenth and twelfth.

4. Counselling continues immediately after the release of results from the entrance examination. Seat allocation happens as per given rank of the candidate, choices filled, category filled, etc.

5. While seating arrangements, documentary verification, and payment of fees completion occupy the rest of the time allotted to the process.

B.Tech Agricultural Engineering Eligibility

1. 10th standard passed/equivalent in science stream (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology) from a well-known board. Maths is must core subject in standard 10^2.

2. Minimum aggregate marks in +2 (60% to 65%) - relaxations in marks up to 5% for reserved categories.

3. Students falling in this category become eligible for admission in colleges through national or state level engineering entrance tests like JEE Main, SRMEEE, UPSEE, etc. Or they may get admission on the basis of 10+2 scores without the need for entrance test.

4. Minimum age limit for this course is that you should be aged 16 years or older from the year of admission. The maximum age limit might expect to be 45 years old for admission purposes, depending on the admissions policy of different universities.

5. By participating in the additional entrance test or interview round organized by the institute/university or any other competition, one can be able to be qualified.

B.Tech Agricultural Engineering Entrance Exams

JEE Main (Joint Entrance Examination Main): The prerequisite for Undergraduate Engineering program in India, including BTech Agricultural Engineering. Tests the comprehension of physics, chemistry, mathematics, and the suitability of the candidates.
