The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) is a 4 years professional undergraduate degree program offered in nursing theoretical and practical branches. This course educates nurses and midwives in both general and full-scope practices for them to be able to deliver complete care to their clients and the community in general. 

The first year syndicate comprise of such academic subjects as anatomy, physiology, nutrition, psychology, microbiology, English, and computer science. Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] (Nursing) Eligibility

1. 10+2 with PCE in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum aggregate marks of 40-50% with a recognized board. Some colleges might be asking for Maths just like some others want.

2. Minimum age 17 years on December, 31 for the year of applying.

3. Medical examination must be taken by candidates otherwise they will not be able to contest. 

4. Candidates should go ahead first by passing a specific exam given by the university/college/institution which is in charge. Common entrance exams for admission in BSc Nursing are NEET, AIIMS, UPSC, JIPMER, etc. 

5. A part of some colleges is the fact that they hold their own entrance exams too.

6. Besides government institutions, there is a possibility to undergo counseling after passing the entrance tests which will allow you to get into private colleges as well.

7. There are some seats reserved for defence candidates or NRI nominees, whose process of nomination is different.

8. Would justify or not any of the additional factors set by the acceptor body as like domicile requirements etc.

Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] (Nursing) Entrance Exams

NEET (UG): National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduate courses under which includes BSC Nursing, by NTA. Tests first Biology, then Chemistry, later Physics, and finally English language fluency.

AIIMS Nursing Entrance Exam: The tests are being tutorized by AIIMS probing the candidates on Physics, Chemistry, Biology and General Knowledge, and Logical Reasoning.
