Law is a vast subject with several subcategories that are split based on the area of law in which they specialize. The legal education normally requires at least a bachelor’s degree and passing a test known as the Law School Admission Test (LSAT). 1. CLAT – Common Law Admission Test is a national level Common Law University Admission Test.

1. You should, therefore, look for law schools and programs you are interested in and which will help you achieve your career aims.
2. Gather any transcripts and records of college or university courses that you may have taken.
3. Particularly, candidates are asked to submit their transcripts and letters of recommendation to accompany their applications.

1. Generally, 10+2 pass in any stream from a recognized board with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

4. For LLM program, prospective students are demanded to have LLB degree with no less than 50% of the average grade.
5. To be eligible for the PhD in Law, the candidate must possess an LLM degree with at least 55% marks.
