Education Courses is defined as the various courses offered that aim at teaching different areas of study and knowledge. Such courses are available at different education levels: school, college, and university. These are language, science, mathematics, history, arts, etc. The curriculum is a set of educational programs, which has a goal to give a comprehensive education and to work on various skills in students. These are the general education courses such as English, Mathematics, History, Science, and other skills-based courses such as Computer Science, Commerce, Humanities, among others. Instructional courses also include subject-content specialization, methods of teaching, and child development for learners who wish to teach.
Other courses that are related to Education could include Teaching & Education Studies, Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Educational Leadership & Management. For Education courses, the candidate must have passed 10+2 schooling system and fulfilled the minimum marks criteria of the particular college/university he/she is going to join. It is possible that many education courses may demand work experience in teaching besides the 10+2 qualification. CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test): Must be imposed for the civil servant teachers in the schooling and assessing applicant's qualification will be obligatory for primary and upper primary levels.
TET (Teacher Eligibility Test): State-level tests to be taken by teaching applicants to state government schools before they are allowed to teach in various levels on schools.
B.Ed. Entrance Exams: These exams are administrated by universities to enroll bachelors of education (B.Ed) who have the ability to teach any subjects.
M.Ed. Entrance Exams: Schools for the master of education (M.Ed.) programs do the entrance exam wherein candidates' knowledge about educational theories, researches and teaching practices will be tested.

1. Online research of colleges and courses that you want to apply for in terms of specialization, fees, location and other preferences.

1. For the undergraduate courses, one has to be a 10+2 pass and the candidate should have secured at least 50% of the total marks from a recognized board.
2. This means that a candidate must have obtained a Bachelors degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks for him/her to be admitted to a post graduate program.
3. For premier MBA courses, entrance tests such as CAT/MAT and for postgraduate courses in Engineering, there is GATE.
4. In some cases, students may be obliged to take extra tests or interviews for the courses they want to take.
5. For PhD, master degree & entrance exam, & for MBA, CAT/MAT/CMAT is mandatory along with the research proposal.
6. Teaching courses have eligibility criteria that include a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks, along with clearing the eligibility tests.
7. Some courses have age restrictions though there are exemptions given to the reserved category students.
