Eligibility

To be eligible for the Ph.D. program at CCMB, you must meet the following criteria:

• Master's degree: You must have a Master's degree in any branch of science like biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, chemistry, physics, or mathematics from a recognized university with a minimum CGPA of 60% (or equivalent grading)
• Qualifying exam: You must have qualified in one of the following national level entrance examinations:
  • CSIR-UGC NET (JRF) with a valid GATE score of at least 65 percentile in the relevant subject area.
  • DBT-JRF/INSPIRE Fellowship
  • UGC-CSIR JRF/SRF
  • Any other equivalent fellowship

Documents Required

• Scanned copy of your GATE/NET/JRF/SRF scorecard
