Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University (SVVU) is a state veterinary university located in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India. Established in 2005, SVVU aims to provide quality veterinary education and promote livestock development. The university offers undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs in veterinary science, dairy technology, fishery science and other allied sciences. Two popular courses offered are BVSc & AH (Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry), a 5-year program, and MVSc (Master of Veterinary Science) in subjects like veterinary microbiology, surgery, medicine etc. The BVSc annual exams are held in November-December while MVSc exams take place in May-June every year. - Educational Qualification: Contenders must have completed 10+2th standard or its equivalent and have physics, chemistry, biology/mathematics subject. Bachelor Education course in closely related discipline may be needed for some programs.
- Minimum Marks: The marks which is the minimum aggregate varies in different programs and in different categories. The applicants, whose special category are not belonging to BVSc & AH, the minimum mentioned marks are 50% aggregate marks in 10+2.

- SVU offers bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degree programs in veterinary science, dairy technology, and other related fields.
- For the BVSc & AH (Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry) program, admissions are done through the Veterinary Agricultural Common Entrance Test (VET) conducted at the state level.
