- Merit is considered as a key for selection by using entrance tests. The beginning is JEE Mains.

- 12th Class or equivalent pass in physics, chemistry and mathematics as main subjects is required from candidates. It needs min. 45% Aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST candidates).

Magadh University Master of Science [M.Sc] Selection Criteria

- For taking admission in M.Sc courses, one must have an undergraduate degree in the same discipline (e.g. B.Sc. for M.Sc. in Physics) from any recognized university.
