Bilaspur University Eligibility Criteria 2024

Educational Qualification: There must be candidates who have passed the higher secondary level examination or an equivalent from a known board/university. Candidates of the different programs or streams are required to have certain minimum years of study or marks to be eligible, for example -For BA/BSc/BCom candidates need to have passed 12th in relevant stream.

Minimum Marks: Most of the courses that have a prerequisite of 50% marks aggregate for the general category and 40% marks for the reserved categories like SC/ST/OBC in qualifying exam. For example, some courses may require higher levels of learning.

Entrance Tests: For some U.G. and P.G. level courses, it is obligatory to pass a university/state level entrance examination. As an example, MET for MTech, PMET for MPharm, etc., can be used. 

Domicile Criteria: Students will benefit from the University that has loosened domicile eligibility, but still some preference/quota might be applicable for candidates belonging to Chhattisgarh in admission to certain programs. 

Age Limit: The age limit criteria set by Bilaspur University for enrolling to its UG and PG programs is of no upper age restriction. At least the age should be 17 years on the 1st of July of the year of admission for the undergraduate courses.
