The KEAM 2024 application procedure consists of registration, form filling, attaching documents, and fee payment. The scanned images of photograph and the signature are uploaded as per the specified formats. 1. Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens by birth.
2. Age Limit: The eligibility criterion of the candidate is the age of 17 years as on the 31st December 2024. The age is no longer a barrier. The elderly can have access to higher education.
3. Academic Eligibility:
- The candidate should have been through the secondary level of higher education (generally senior secondary Class 12). The student should have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology as main subjects.
- As far as OBC and SC/ST category is concerned the minimum aggregate percentage required is 45%. SC/ST categories meet the minimum threshold of 40 percent.
4. Number of Attempts: Candidates have no limit when is comes to the number of re-attempts they can make in appearing for the exam.
5. Qualifying Exam: I have seen cases when candidates who have written JEE Mains 2024 and NEET 2024 can appear for KEAM also in the following year.
6. Place of Education: Candidates of the Plus One course must have qualified their qualifying examination (Class 12) from schools in Kerala State or from Central Board of Education schools in India.

1. Ensure that the criteria for eligibility such as age limit, educational qualifications etc are as per the instructions mentioned in the notification. Be sure that your application meets each and every one of the specified conditions before submitting the documents.
2. Registration of online shall be done to issue a login ID and password as soon as the application portal commence. Submit required personal and school matters.
3. Scan your documents and send the photograph, signature, class 10th and 12th marksheets. If you are of a reserved category/caste, then also get the certificates scanned. Number the pages for easy access. The documents shouldn't be uploaded until it's checked.
4. Make payment of application fee via online mode by using credit/debit card or net banking or any the other payment gateways available. Save the payment receipt.
5. Fill up the online form that requires you to choose the courses and the colleges accordingly. Make sure that each detail is correct before getting a final approval.
6. Acquire the page with download confirmation and application number upon the completed submission of the form. Print out the form, and after you've got the required papers, make a hard copy of it as well.
7. Downloading admit card from the website as per the time-table, in advance, of the exam. State the exam center assigned and the report time provided in the admit card. Be notified with admit card details to appear in examination.
