The UIIC Assistant exam is coordinated by United India Insurance Company Limited to select the participants for the post of Administrative Officer (Scale I) in IOB or other banks at different centres all over the country. This is one of the desired insurance sector exams taken many graduates and post graduates who desire to get a government job. The UIIC Assistant exam is of Preliminary, Main and Interview varieties. The first phase of the exam has only MCQs and they cover quantitative skills, logical thinking and English comprehension.
The candidates who clear the prelims can appear for the main exam consisting of objective type as well as descriptive questions, to test His/Her knowledge on insurance and finance. Lastly, candidates who have been selected for the opportunity have to undergo the interview round. In each phase of the result, the same gets published at the official UIIC website within one month’s time. The UIIC Assistant 2024 exam has a notification that is released around October-November 2023. Prelims exam is conducted in February 2024 while mains exam conducted in April 2024 and the interview takes place in June 2024. The merit list, roll no wise for candidate’s score as per above mentioned formula, is declared in August 2024 The appointment letters also get issued in August 2024.

1. Registration & Application form
- The UIIC has released a notification for the recruitment of the Assistant through a written examination and interview. Wait for their announcement on the website and employment news for the notification on the same
2. Eligibility Criteria
- Ensure that you have the necessary qualifications that meet the qualifying standards of UIIC on aspects such as age, educational level, nationality etc
3. Application Fees
- Application/exam fee must be paid while filling the form that is submitted to the concerned authority. The amount is specified in the notification that is served on the respondent by the claimant.
4. Application Process
- The application form in most cases can be obtained through the companys website that is UIIC website. All particulars should be completed and documents such as scanned images, should be uploaded according to the guidelines
5. Written Test
- Applicants who are shortlisted for the post of Junior Engineer, Sub-Station Assistant and Accountant will have to take a preliminary written exam which contains MCQs from subjects like reasoning, English etc.
6. Mains Exam
- Those who qualify Prelims are allowed to write the mains which comprises numerous MCQs and subjective questions covering aptitude.
