TSSPDCL Sub Engineer Exam is that the examination conducted by the Telangana State Power Utilities to recruit the candidates to the post of Sub Engineer in civil electrical and mechanical departments. It usually involves a written section for the candidates and it includes sections on general knowledge, technical knowledge, and numeracy among others as well as an English test. Written test is conducted and the successful candidates are then required to undergo documentation exercise. In the final stages, the selected candidates have to take a medical test conducted by the employer before they can be offered the Sub Engineer job.
TSSPDCL Sub Engineer examination is quite competitive as lakhs of engineering graduates including electrical, civil and mechanical engineers apply for a few hundreds of posts every year. The 2024 written test dates for the TSSPDCL Sub Engineer recruitment are unknown at this time, but since the previous exams were scheduled around August-September, that could be the time again this year. Consequently, results are normally released within 1-2 months from the written examinations. After the document verification and the medical test those successful candidates get placed in the various district as Sub Engineer. The job involves overseeing the physical structures of power supply and ensuring that it is well distributed in the rural and urban areas.
