The SSC GD (General Duty) Constable exam, organized by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), is an exam through which candidates are recruited for the posts of Constable (General Duty) in BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB and some more forces. 1. Computer-Based Examination (CBE):

   • The first stage is a Computer-Based Examination (CBE) that assesses candidates in subjects such as General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Knowledge & General Awareness, Elementary Mathematics, and English/Hindi.
   • Candidates need to qualify in the CBE to proceed to the next stages.

2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST):

   • Candidates who clear the CBE are then called for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST).
   • The PET includes activities like running, long jump, and high jump, and candidates are expected to meet certain physical standards in the PST.

3. Medical Examination:

   • Those who qualify in the PET/PST undergo a thorough medical examination to ensure they meet the required medical standards for the position.

4. Document Verification:

   • Shortlisted candidates are called for document verification to authenticate their eligibility and other details.

5. Final Selection:
