The Symbiosis International University's external admission test, abbreviated as SAAT, is the exam conducted at the college level by the Symbiosis International University to admit students into its diverse undergraduate programs that are run by various campuses in Pune, Noida, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Nagpur. SAAT exam aims to measure the capability of a candidate to solve logical questions, handle quantitative problems, possess good language skills, know current affairs and have general knowledge regarding the selection process. The 3-hour computer test, which is based on multiple choice questions, is composed of different sections. Symbiosis conducts the SAAT exam various times in the year, many times in a year.

The SAAT exam results are declared within 15 days of the pen down of the exam. The SAAT scores is the foundation for shortlisting of candidates who have met the required cut-off, that enables them to move forward to in-person interviews and other admission-related processes.
