The Punjab Pre-Primary Teacher exam is the recruitment test for the teachers who work in the pre-primary sections of schools in Punjab and it is held by the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB). The exam takes place every year and the person who has passed the class 12 or diploma or degree in nursery teacher training is allowed to take the test. The Punjab Pre-Primary Teacher exam has a written test which comprises of subjects such as general awareness, logical reasoning, Punjabi language, English language, numerical ability, and methods of teaching. From the written test analysis, the students who have been selected are required to take an interview conducted by the PSEB recruitment board. 

The Punjab Pre Primary Teacher exam 2024 was conducted in November 2022 where as many as 1,25,000 candidates took the written test for the pre primary teacher post in Punjab across various examination centers. The result is likely to be announced in January 2023, on the official website which will be disclosed soon. Successful candidates will be contracted as pre-primary school teachers in government schools in Punjab Province. The Punjab Pre-Primary Teacher exam is planned to take place in the month of October/November 2024 for the academic year 2024-2025. It is expected that the application process may start from August 2024.

How to Apply for Punjab Pre-Primary Teacher Exam 2024?

1. Details that might interest you include the date of the exam, number of posts available, and the specific requirements that you need to meet to be given a chance at the posts. These details can be found in the official notification that the Punjab education board releases in leading papers or on the website.

2. Once the online application process commences, it is important that you register yourself on the official website of the institution or university in question. The other guideline is that you should create a login ID and password.

3. Pay the application fee online (if applicable) by going to the university’s website and completing the transaction electronically. It should also be noted that the fee schedule and the methods of payment will be stated on the website.

4. There is an application form, which one has to complete and write down all the details about the academic achievement, contact information, etc., as requested.

5. Scanned photograph, signature, age proof, qualification, etc. have to be uploaded depending upon the size and dimension specified.

6. After you are done completing the Punjab Pre-Primary Teacher application form, go through it once again, then submit it.

7. After all entries take a print out of the final submitted form along with the application number for the future use.
