National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination (NCHMCT JEE) is the most reputable National level entrance exam, which is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to the B.Sc./B.A. The choice of which hospitality and hotel administration institute to join is offered by Institutes of Hotel Management that are affiliated to the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NIHMCT). The test students on their arithmetic skills, critical thinking, general knowledge and current affairs, realm of English language and dimensions of service sector. 

The exam is held on an annual basis and is a 3-hours long paper and pencil type of a test. The 200 multiple choice questions are divided into 5 sections with each section having 40 marks amounting to the 200 marks total evaluation. Looking at the past analysis, cracking NCHMCT JEE is a prerequisite for gaining admission in the best IHMs in the country. In 2023 students numbering up to 42,000 were seen sitting for the exam as just 4,000 B. Sc. seats were available. 31 Hospitality Seats available in Central IHMs and14 Seats in State Government IHMs along with 46 Seats in Private IHMs.

The time-table for NCHMCT JEE 2024 proposes the exam to be held in April 2024, as provided. This is when we is going to come up to find out the result, which is expected to be the end of May, 2024. Invited students will partake in the counseling process in order to allocate seats in July of 2024 join the class in August.

NCHMCT JEE Counselling Dates 2024

The NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2024 is expected to be held in June 2024. The counselling will be conducted online and all the qualified candidates will be invited to participate. The counselling will be based on the candidate's NCHMCT JEE score, performance in the personal interview (PI), and work experience (WE).
