The Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) conducts the AAO exam for the recruitment of eligible candidates in the post of Assistant Administrative Officer. It is a very prominent test given by LIC to recruit officers and supervisors in managerial and supervisory positions. The LIC AAO examination is a three stage exam which is Preliminary, Mains, and Interview. The beginning stage of the examination is an objective-type test that includes questions from the areas of quantitative ability and reasoning skill, English language among others. Some candidates who qualify the preliminary examination are allowed to participate in the mains exam where they will be tested on GK, current affairs, insurance & financial market awareness, data analysis and English. Ultimately, the interview round which was the last stage for the candidates who were selected in the mains exam, would check the candidates on general knowledge and their suitability for the post. The last candidate to be declared is the one who totals up their aggregate marks from the one obtained in the mains exam and interview. As being stated in the original LIC notification, LIC AAO exam date 2024 (Preliminary) will be August 2024, and LIC AAO exam date 2024 (Mains) will be October 2024. The final stage is supposed to take place in December 2024 after all the interviews will be completed.
