The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) is responsible for conducting the JSSC TGT examination in order to ensure the selection of qualified employees for the post of Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs) in different subject disciplines in schools within the state of Jharkhand. JSSC TGT exam is meant to identify the most suitable human resource that will ensure quality output in teaching student.
The JSSC TGT recruitment notification is generally announced in mid of the year and the prelims are held in September/October. The mains exam is then conducted in November-December. Last of all, the merit list is published near the end of February of the following year. Regarding the tentative schedule of the JSSC TGT notification for 2024, the authorities aspire for an early release in June 2023. Based on previous trends, it is expected that the prelims examination will be held in September, 2023 while the mains examination in November, 2023 and the result to be declared in February, 2024.
