International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad (IIITH) annouces conducting of the Post Graduate Entrance Examination (PGEE) for seeking admission into the MTechand PhD programs. The PGEE are nationwide entrance exams taken usually in May or June by candidates who aspire to join a health related institution of higher learning. The IIITH PGEE examination schedule for the academic year 2024 will be released through press release by the first or second week of 2024.
The PGEE is held soon after the JEE and IIITH declares the PGEE result with merit lists based on marks and quotas approximately a month later. The finalists are required to go through interview rounds after that, and they face further shortlistings. It is during these rounds that the candidates are selected into either M-Tech or PhD programs at the institute. India holds this exam PGEE in high esteem among six national level entrance tests for enrolling Indian Institute of Technology (IITs).
