The Bachelor of Education (BEd) Entrance Test for the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is a national level test held by IGNOU to determine admission to its BEd program. BEd stands for Bachelor of Education which is a 2-year distance learning teacher training course that enables training of teachers with good skills and also qualify them to be professional teachers.
The IGNOU BEd entrance test will be conducted on just one occasion in a year, within the months of May or June. This assessment has multiple-choice questions from the objective type, which examines candidates on reasoning ability, comprehension, vocabulary, and general awareness of teaching practice. In keeping with the norm, just the individuals that pass the entrance exam are next required to attend the interview session. The final selection thereby becomes theirs.
The IGNOU BEd entrance test results would be declared within a month from the date of the exam which was taken. An application form filled with necessary details is provided to the selected candidates who subsequently need to complete the admission formalities before the last date. According to the recent information, the 2024 academic session IGNOU BEd entrance exam is expected to be conducted in May/June of 2023. The result, most likely in July 2023, is the set of recommendations for optimal business strategies in the health and wellness sector. Finally, exam schedule and application together with any other details will be announced through IGNOU's website before the exam date. Sitting a test as well as an interview is a prerequisite to access the 2-year long BEd program which begins in 2024 by the IGNOU.
