The IAF Group C exam is one of the fiercely competitive examinations that is organized by the Indian Air Force for selecting Group C civilian employees such as Lower Division Clerk, Store Keeper, Cook, Driver, etc and other technical and administrative posts. The IAF Group C exam conducted with a written test in four parts which are English, Reasoning & General Awareness, Numerical Ability, and Trade/Technical/Professional Knowledge section based on the post. The candidates who have performed well in the written test have to undergo physical and medical fitness test as the next level after the written test. This is where final selection of the candidate is done depending on the result of all the above mentioned stages.
This IAF Group C civilian posts exam is likely to be released in mid 2023 for those who are eligible for 2024. According to traditions, the written exam is expected to take place no earlier than the end of the year 2024. The results are usually declared within a month or two of the written test. The final list of candidates will be shortlisted for other phases such as certificate verification, medical examination, and training. The selection of a hotel can take about three to four months in total. Approximately 300- 400 outcomes shall be awarded on the IAF Group C examination to be held in 2024 to fill different posts. The final appointment of the selected candidates may possibly take anywhere from 6-8 months, starting from the result declaration month. The candidates are advised and encouraged to continue visiting the Indian Air Force official website for further exam updates and notifications.
