The number of these tests varies per institution. It is inevitable annually exam that allows the students to get admission done in graduate valuation and real estate courses which is held all over the country of India. The test is to determine this candidate’s arithmetic knowledge, logical thinking, and English language competence as all these three are necessary for anyone interested in tertiary education focusing on real estate and valuation. 

Conducted by the Manipal Academy of Higher Learning on behalf of more than 45 participating institutes the GMAT exam is held by Manipal Academy of Higher Education. It is a 2 od hour computer-base test that contain 100 objective type questions and evenly divided between the three sections of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and English language. The questions touching on a wide range of subjects try out one's mental strength. In 2023, across 20 proctored centers, more than 25,000 students appeared for the GVSAT exam that was conducted online.

With the testing window scheduled from March 23, 2023 to March 28, 2023, the announcement of the results of GVSAT 2023 is expected to be made in the last week of May, 2023 on the official website. Those students, who will clear the cut-off, will be able to choose from among the colleges, which provide degree courses in valuation and real estate, on basis of their performance and preferences The exact month of the coming year of the next GVSAT test for the 2024 admission batch will be the month of March 2024. The tests date will be announced two months prior to the commence of the test, if we are lucky.

GVSAT Counselling Dates 2024

The GVSAT counselling process for 2024 is expected to begin in July 2024. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in the counselling process at the Suresh Gyan Vihar University campus. The counselling process will involve document verification, interviews, and seat allotment.
