The GITAM School of International Business (GSIB) offers the Business Ethics Test (BET) as part of its admission process. The GSIB BET is designed to assess candidates' understanding of ethical principles, social responsibility, and their ability to make ethical decisions in the business context.
The Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology conducts GSIB BET program, an all-India level competitive exam, to offer admission to the PG and doctoral courses of the center in Biotechnology and related subjects. The exam is intended to evaluate a job-seeker's understanding, analytical skills and science aptitude so as to position him/her in the area of life sciences. This exam is designed in one paper with 120 objective-type questions of multiple-choice to be completed in 2 hours. Test scheme is of a broad range, it encompasses wide topics from life science disciplines such as Biochemistry, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioprocess Engineering and Bioinformatics. The validity of GSIB BET scores that is given is valid for one year. It is quite possible that the announcement of the result of GSIB BET 2023 will be made in the first week of June 2023. GSIB may let participants register from December 2023, and the exam will be held in May/ June 2024. Previous years' solution papers and mock tests to practice are available online on the RGCB website. Performance in the GSIB BET determines whether candidates will be priviledged to admission to and financial aid in the campus of the RGCB for postgraduate studies in Biotechnology.
