The LLB entrance exam, which is the medium for the applications to select the 3-year LLB program offered at Delhi University law colleges like Campus Law Centre, Law Centre 1 and Law Centre 2. The DU LLB entrance test serves two purposes, a determination of the extent of interest of an applicant in the law area and his ability to abstract from multiple given options. The exam pattern includes objective-type multiple-choice questions that assess the logical reasoning, general knowledge as well as awareness about the current affairs, the legal awareness and the level of knowledge and competency in the English language, usually held in the month of June.
In respect of the 2024-2025 academic year, the temporary dates of the DU LLB entrance exam to be held 2nd week of June 2024 are suggested. The result will be posted within 4 weeks of the exam. Students are required to go through counseling sessions after getting the results of State counseling, which depend on their ranks and the college+ course combination that they prefer. Lastly the merit lists are out, first for the colleges then for the universities. The Test is pretty cutthroat with over 50,000 candidates applying every year for about 2000 LLB seats across all university law colleges. It is very important to study properly, be quick and deliver in the right way to crack the exam.
