The Elite Shared Services Talent Academy Test by Deloitte (DSAT) aims at providing necessary input to potential job holders and interns based on their performance on the assessment. The test is designed to check some aspects of applicants including logical synonym nouns, quantitative meaning, communication, accounting fundamentals, and Deloitte culture and values. It contains the computer-based test of which there are 50-60 questions each having to be answered within 90 minutes.
The test (which comprises the cognitive abilities, aptitude and overall potential to be client service teams) will give insights relating to the same. The second stage has two types; first is a screening process for which the interviewing panel shortlists the candidates and the second one is when the candidates are evaluated by personal interviews. Generally, the outcome of the DSAT test results would be delivered within 2-3 weeks after taking the test. After a rigorous selection process, the successful applicants receive Deloitte's offer letters, and these letters invite them to join the Deliotte shared services centers not only in India but also other locations.
