The Management Trainee (CIL MT) exam is a recruitment examination organized by the Coal India Limited for the purpose of recruiting candidates for the Management Trainee position in various disciplines. CIL is a leading coal mining company operating in India and is categorized as a maharatna public sector undertaking in the Ministry of Coal. The CIL MT exam is very competitive as there are many people vying for the few vacancies available because the job provides well paying and secure job opportunities since it is a government job. There are two stages for the selection process, namely, the online computer-based test and the personal interview. Online test contains a total of 200 questions distributed under 4 categories of tests which are General English, Quantitative Aptitative, Reasoning & General Awareness tests and the total time allowed for the above tests are 210 minutes.
