The Bihar Common Entrance Examination (BPTPIA) CET is a state-level entrance examination for the purpose of admission to a number of teaching and placement programs offered by the Bihar Polytechnic Teachers’ Training and Placement Institute (BPTPIA) imparted by BCECEB, Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board. The BPTPA CET is held a yearly in June or July for university admission commencing in the month of August, the year after, respectively. Those who aspire for admission to the 2 year diploma courses like Diploma in Teacher training, Diploma in Computer application, and Diploma in Plastic Engg etc. proffered by BPTPIA centers in Bihar have to appear for BPTPIA CET examination.
Anticipatedly, the BPTPIA CET 2024 will be held in June 2024. It is an examination based on paper and pencil and is composed of 200 questions divided into 5 sections: Physics, Chemistry, Matematics, General Knowledge and Teaching Aptitude. The candidate’s rank list of BPTPIA CET 2024 will be released by the second or third week of July end, once the CET results are declared. The selected candidates will then proceed to the counselling process after having been listed in the merit list and rankings for the session 2024-2025 that is admission in the teaching and teaching placement related diplomas of the institute.
